2. About Revyu

Revyu provides AI-generated summaries and responses based on publicly available hotel reviews. We aim to assist users in making informed travel decisions, but we do not offer booking or travel agency services.

3. Use of Services

You may use Revyu only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing. You agree not to:

1. Copy, scrape, or republish content generated by Revyu without permission.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The summaries and answers provided by Revyu are generated by artificial intelligence based on third-party content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the content. Use at your own discretion.

5. Data Processing and Local Storage

To provide uninterrupted and quality service, Revyu may generate and store random session identifiers and synthetic persona identifiers in your browser’s local storage. These identifiers are pseudonymous, used solely to maintain your active session and to associate interactions over time for the duration of your session or until they expire.

We do not collect, transmit, or store names, email addresses, IP addresses, or other identifiable personal data on our servers. All identifiers are stored locally in your device’s local storage and are deleted automatically after a set time-to-live (TTL) period when no longer needed to provide the promised service.

Revyu does not require or collect personal information to operate the service. We store only non-identifying session and synthetic persona IDs in local storage for functional purposes, and these are deleted automatically once no longer needed.

Session and persona identifiers will be deleted as soon as they are expires or no longer needed to provide uninterrupted service. We do not retain identifiers beyond the time needed to provide the Revyu service.

By using the Revyu service, you consent to this local storage of identifiers as described here and in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

Revyu may reference third-party websites (e.g., hotel booking platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these external sites.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on Revyu.ai, including but not limited to the logo, design, and AI-generated summaries, is owned or licensed by Revyu. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Revyu is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
